What is Occupational Therapy for Infants?:
We address a variety of conditions and concerns including plagiocephaly, feeding challenges, torticollis, and frenectomy follow-up.
If you child is under 30 days old, we offer complimentary infant reflex screens.
We also work with acute birth complications including HIE, cerebral palsy, NG/g-tube fed infants, genetic conditions and more.
Free Infant Screening
If your child is under 30 days of age, we offer complimentary infant reflex screening. We are passionate about early intervention! When concerns are caught early, and within critical developmental windows, they can often be remediated quickly in one or two sessions.
Did you know that after a surgical frenectomy, the incidence of re-attachment is high? Without continued intra-oral exercises performed post-surgically, many infants end up having to go back and have their intial frenctomy revised. We provide pre and post frenectomy care for infants and children to help minimize surgical intervention needed, and maximize outcomes.
